A Media and Communications industry veteran, Patrick Burgess leads the service delivery process for many of Pluris’ key clients, ensuring day-to-day success of their marketing strategies and programs.
Patrick’s collaboration with the marketing teams of several Pluris clients has enabled them to achieve 30-to-50 percent gains in the productivity of their marketing initiatives, effectively utilizing Pluris’ Marketing Enablement and Offer Optimization solutions.
With more than 15 years of extensive experience in marketing analytics, marketing metrics, reporting, market research, strategy, and project management, Patrick is able to engage clients at a very detailed level to improve their marketing operations and leverage new technologies and analytical techniques.
During his accomplished career, he has implemented contract strategies for clients resulting in substantial revenue gains, managed the launch of multiple data warehouse systems, including requirements gathering, report development, quality testing and user acceptance testing and training. Skilled in campaign management and development, Patrick has built multiple campaign execution templates for acquisition, multi-wave retention, and trigger based marketing campaigns.
He has managed a corporate annual marketing research budgets, designed and developed specifications for company-wide Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data mart for easy access to critical marketing statistics, and developed standardized campaign processes that included targeting guidelines and campaign performance metrics.
Previously, Patrick served as Director of Strategic Analysis and Performance Metrics at AT&T Broadband, as well as Director of Measurement and Analysis at TCI. He holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Denver and an MS in Marketing from the University of Colorado.
