As Pluris' co-founder and leader, Michael Caccavale is not just the company's CEO but the innovator and forward thinker behind the company's marketing enablement, analytical, and optimization solutions developed for some of the leading marketing brands in the Media and Communications industry.

Born of his more than 20 years of marketing expertise in the retail, financial services, telecom, media, and health-care industries, Pluris' solutions are grounded in the best practices and future desires for how marketers want to engage consumers in more creative and effective ways.

Michael's professional services experience includes in-depth experience in marketing technology development, strategic marketing analysis, marketing automation and process improvement, advanced analytical and optimization techniques, and technology integration to multiple points of consumer engagement across on and off-line channels.

Always one step ahead of the industry curve, Michael has developed innovative systems and solutions for leading marketing brands such as American Express, AT&T, Bristol-Myers Squibb, GTE, Johnson & Johnson, Lands' End, and Time Warner.

Prior to founding Pluris, Michael held brand management positions for Procter & Gamble, founded Aperio, a leading marketing services firm, and co-founded Exchange Applications, a publicly traded campaign management software leader.

Mike holds an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
